(jennifer and andrew: wedding 1 of 2)

You know what’s better late than never? Blogging about one of the most memorable weddings you’ve ever been invited to.

Jenn and Andrew are dear friends of mine (ours, now), that I met while shooting Jen and Michael’s wedding in the Dominican Republic. They were were my light and location guinea pigs a few days before the wedding. They were so good at posing and being in love that I asked them if I could do another shoot next time they were home in Truro. You might also remember them as the stars from Andrew’s dream proposal that I was lucky enough to shoot almost two years ago now.

Those two crazy kids decided to have an intimate civil ceremony the day before their actual wedding day- you know, to make things ‘official’ – their wedding day was going to be a bit different than most, so they figured that they’d take care of the legal stuff sooner rather than later. So we gathered at City Hall in London, Ontario, and watched, cried, laughed, and celebrated with two of the most amazing people any of us has ever met. And then I took a few pictures, too.

Stay tuned for  their ‘real’ wedding day. Now that’s something.

A thousand ‘thank you’s’ is not enough. I know you know how much you mean to Andrew and I. Thanks for posting. We love looking back at these photographs. Many more to come! xo
